Hickory, NC community programs for boys Curriculum · Decision Making:  Analyzing choices and consequences through movies, role plays and in every day life. · Substance Abuse:  Receiving information on the consequences of substance abuse on families and communities as well as the learning about resources in their communities. · Teen Pregnancy and HIV Prevention:  Understanding the responsibility of the man in a relationship and forming healthy relationships. · Crime & Gang Prevention:  Understanding the impact on you, your family and community. · Community Service Projects:  Making a  difference in communities through outreaches such as block parties, back to school rallies and other community strengthening activities.  · Entrepreneurship: Receiving skills to start their own business and becoming responsible young men in their communities.
